DISCOVERY & ONBOARDING
During the discovery and onboarding phase, you will be introduced to our Creative Director who will start by getting to know you and your brand. We'll begin by discussing your goals for the video and the message you want to convey to your target audience. This will help us to get a better understanding of what you hope to achieve and what you want your viewers to take away from the video.
We'll also talk about your brand, its values, and its tone. This is important because we want to ensure that the video we produce is in line with your brand's identity and will resonate with your audience. Additionally, we'll discuss your target audience and what demographics you want to reach with your video.
Once we have a clear understanding of your goals and brand, we'll work with you to develop a creative brief. This document outlines the key messaging, tone, and style for your video. We'll also discuss any logistical considerations, such as shoot locations, talent, and equipment needs.
PRE-PRODUCTION PLANNING
Pre-production planning is the phase where we finalize the creative concept, script, shot list, and storyboard. This is where we take the ideas we discussed in the discovery phase and turn them into a concrete plan.
We'll work with you to develop a script that effectively conveys your message and resonates with your target audience. We'll also develop a shot list and storyboard that outlines the visuals that will accompany your script. This helps us to ensure that we capture all the necessary footage during the production phase.
During this phase, we'll also liaise with you on any necessary permits, talent, or equipment that may be required. This includes scouting locations, finding and booking on-camera talent, and arranging for any necessary equipment rentals. We'll also schedule the shoot and make sure that everything is in place before we arrive on set.
A pre-shoot meeting will be conducted the week prior to the production commencing where we will confirm your video content marketing strategy and the output of videos required.
PRODUCTION
We’re all set! It's time to bring your video to life. Our team of experienced videographers will arrive on location with all the necessary equipment to capture stunning footage. We'll work closely with you and any on-camera talent to ensure that we capture all the necessary shots and that everything is going according to plan.
We'll use high-quality cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear to capture the footage we need. We'll also direct the on-camera talent and make sure that they're delivering the performance you need to effectively convey your message.
Depending on the complexity of the shoot, this phase can take anywhere from a few hours to several days. We'll work efficiently to make sure that we capture all the necessary footage while staying on schedule and within budget.
post-PRODUCTION
After we've captured all the footage, we'll move on to post-production. This is where we'll edit the footage, add any necessary visual effects such as animation or supers, color correction, and sound design. We'll also select the perfect music track to complement your message and brand.
During the editing process, we'll work closely with you to ensure that the video meets your expectations and your brand’s guidelines. We'll make revisions as necessary and make sure that the final product effectively conveys your message.
We allocate a team to work exclusively on your project, guaranteeing a fast turnaround, and helping you put the videos to market as quickly as possible.
DELIVERY OF CONTENT
Finally, we'll deliver your finished video to you in the format of your choice. Whether it's a high-resolution file for use on your website or social media, or a broadcast-quality master for television, we'll make sure that you have everything you need to share your message with the world.
